Meet Ashli! Ashli is a Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced certification in Functional Medicine. With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 12 years as a flight nurse, Ashli has dedicated her career to helping patients in critical and complex situations. 

Her own health struggles with autoimmune symptoms led her to discover Functional Medicine and the power of root-cause healing. Ashli has a passion for helping Women and Men restore their balance with individualized care, and has made it her mission to provided hope and healing during each individualized appointment!

Outside of vIVid, you can find Ashli enjoying time with her Husband and daughter, along with their two golden retrievers and (very plump) cat!

Lisa joined At ViVid in October 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health. She founded Whole Woman Health in 2002, where she began specializing in hormone balance for perimenopause, fertility, and menopause. Over time, her practice expanded to include thyroid care, adrenal health, men’s hormone therapy, nutrition, digestive health, and autoimmune support.

Lisa offers a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional and herbal therapies alongside prescription options such as hormone pellet therapy, injections, compounded and topical hormones, thyroid management, adrenal support, and digestive care.

Her background includes work at Broadlawns Medical Center, Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa, hospital and home birth care, and assisted reproduction. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Iowa State University, with advanced training in restorative and anti-aging medicine.

Lisa is a member of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Iowa Nurse Practitioner Society. Outside of work, she enjoys music, nature, kayaking, cooking, and spiritual study.
