Restore Hormonal Balance. Restore Your Flow.

Hormone Health

At our practice, we approach hormone health through the lens of Integrative Functional Medicine. Rather than simply managing symptoms downstream, we look upstream to understand the root causes contributing to hormone imbalance. Through comprehensive evaluation, advanced laboratory testing when appropriate, and personalized treatment plans, we work to restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to function optimally.

Our hormone therapy programs are designed to support both men and women experiencing symptoms related to hormone imbalance, including fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, and changes in libido or metabolism.

Treatment plans may include personalized hormone therapy, lifestyle and nutrition support, and targeted therapies aimed at improving overall hormonal balance and long-term wellness.

When hormones are out of balance, symptoms can affect energy, metabolism, mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Our integrative, root-cause approach helps identify what’s disrupting your hormonal health and creates a personalized path to restore balance and vitality.

Hormones act as the body’s chemical messengers, influencing nearly every system—from energy, metabolism, sleep, mood, brain function, and sexual health to muscle mass, stress response, and overall vitality. When hormones are balanced, the body functions like a clear, flowing river. But when stress, aging, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental factors disrupt that balance, the river can become clouded, leading to symptoms that affect how you feel day to day.

Hormones play a critical role in energy, strength, metabolism, mood, mental clarity, and sexual health. Our integrative approach to hormone therapy focuses on identifying underlying imbalances and creating a personalized treatment plan to help restore optimal function and overall wellbeing.

Achieve optimal hormone levels with our TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) program! TRT benefits include:

Male Hormone Therapy

Enhanced recovery from workouts, increased libido, increased muscle mass, increased muscle tone, reduced body fat, enhanced energy levels.

At vIVid, we don't just look at testosterone levels and call it good, we look at a comprehensive set of lab markers through a functional medicine ‘lense’, to determine why your testosterone may be low. Providing a whole body approach, we have the ability to optimize your health alongside of TRT!

Following your initial consultation, your provider will determine the most appropriate follow-up visit based on your individual needs and whether you are currently receiving testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Follow-up appointments typically range from $189–$219 for self-pay patients. If TRT is prescribed for you, this will be sent to your local pharmacy - No monthly subscriptions and cost savings!

If you are currently on testosterone replacement therapy and transferring care from another clinic, please notify our office when scheduling. We will request that your most recent laboratory results be emailed or faxed to our office prior to your appointment so your provider can review your current treatment and determine the most appropriate consultation process.

Initial hormone consultations are 60 minutes and include a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, and hormone goals.

The cost for this appointment is $269 self-pay, or $50 for patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance.

Hormones play an important role in a woman’s energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Throughout different life stages—including perimenopause, menopause, and times of increased stress—hormone levels can shift and lead to symptoms that lead you to not feeling like yourself! Our integrative approach to hormone therapy focuses on identifying the root causes of these imbalances and developing a personalized treatment plan to help restore balance and support long-term health.

Did you know that symptoms associated with peri/post menopause aren't normal? You may have been told that brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats, unexplained weight gain, etc., are all part of the 'normal' cycle. What if you could optimize your hormones before this period, or start to feel like yourself again if you're already experiencing this?

At vIVid, we take a personalized approach to your hormone health. Focusing on much more than just hormones, you won't hear from us 'your labs are fine', 'you're too young', 'that's a normal part of menopause'. Our experienced Provider will provide their undivided attention during your consultation, while creating a personalized plan to optimize your hormone health.
